To ensure continued enjoyment of your filtered water you may want to consider the maintenance of your filter tap.

Terms & Conditions: Our response time is usually 3 to 5 working days depending on the severity of your problem, but we will always endeavour to book one of our skilled technicians to be with you as soon as possible. Critical issues can be attended to within 24 or 48 hours and our dedicated helpdesk will discuss a convenient time with you to visit. If you need to cancel your installation and we are given at least 72 hours notice a full refund of the installation price will be given, if we are given 48 hours notice their will be a £25.00 charge and less than 24 hours notice will be a charge of £50.00. If Streamline attend a pre arranged Fault Visit and you are not at the property at the time and date that has been arranged there will be a £15.00 fee.
