Looking after your BRITA water filter tap
BRITA water filter taps are manufactured to a very high standard but should your filter tap develop a fault within the first 12 months after our installation we will attend to remedy the problem free of charge.
If your filter develops a fault 12 months after your installation Streamline can still attend for a call out charge of £29.99, we will send one of our skilled technicians to your home at a convenient time for you - the technician will advise you of any issues with your product, suggest a solution and provide a quote for any work or parts required. If Streamline attend a pre arranged Fault Visit and the customer is not at the property at the time and date that has been agreed their will be a £15.00 fee charged to the customer.
Streamline can also attend any filter tap faults from installations that we did not carry out for the same fee as above, the same terms regarding failed appointments will also apply.
